MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Bird, <br />SECONDEDbyCommissioner Lyons, that the <br />Board authorize the following alternatives: <br />filing of foreclosure action; secondly, authorize <br />negotiation on the settlement; and, thirdly, . <br />rejection of the offer. <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Wodtke did not want to <br />foreclose without a current appraisal of the property. <br />Attorney Paull advised that if they receive another <br />offer, they will come back to the Board for their approval. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />The Motion was voted on and carried <br />unanimously 4-0. <br />Item #2 <br />Attorney Paull explained that authorization is needed <br />to initiate foreclosure action against this property. There <br />is a title insurance policy that may be available to pay <br />this claim.
