1IIIIW <br />• <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2000- 121 <br />A RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO RECANT PAST <br />RESOLUTION NOS. 95-141 AND 95-142 WHICH CONFIRMED <br />THE SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH PAVING <br />AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, AND A WATER MAIN <br />EXTENSION, RESPECTIVELY, AND PROVIDED FOR SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT LIENS TO BE MADE OF RECORD TO VERO <br />TROPICAL GARDENS SUBDIVISION AND A PORTION OF <br />PARADISE PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT #3 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County adopted <br />Resolution No. 95-141 on November 7, 1995, which confirmed a Special Assessment in <br />connection with Paving and Drainage Improvements and provided for Special Assessment Liens <br />to be made of record, and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County passed <br />Resolution No. 95-142 on November 7, 1995, which confirmed a Special Assessment in <br />connection with a water main extension and provided for Special Assessment Liens to be made <br />of record, and <br />WHEREAS, the Engineering Division Staff has unsuccessfully worked with the St. John's <br />River Water Management District to develop a conceptual plan to minimize wetland impacts and <br />obtain a feasible project, and <br />WHEREAS, it is considered that a plan to develop areas outside of wetland areas only <br />would not be financially beneficial to the property owners or Indian River County; <br />F:1FnginainjUCimpWetition Pavins\9130 RES cancel-ru.wpd 1 <br />
