RESOLUTION NO. 2000-_121_ <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The Special Assessments that were approved through Resolutions 95-141 and 95-142 and <br />associated liens that were made of record be recanted. <br />2. The project of designing and constructing paving and drainage improvements and <br />construction of a water main extension to Vero Tropical Gardens Subdivision and a <br />portion of Paradise Park Subdivision, Unit #3 be removed from the County List of Active <br />projects. <br />3. Any escrowed funds received from property owners within said subdivision for the <br />purpose of the above stated improvements be refunded. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Stanbridge <br />Macht , and, upon being <br />Chairman Fran B.
