<br />Notice of hearing to consider the adoption of
<br />a County Ordinance to amend the Comprehen-
<br />sive Plan by redesignating land from:
<br />LD -1, "Low Density Residential 1," (up to
<br />3 units/acre) to LD -2, "Low Density
<br />Residential 2," (up to 8 units/acre). The
<br />subject property presently owned by
<br />Charles and Mary Bardelis Is located on
<br />the northeast corner of 142nd Street and
<br />80th Avenue.

<br />CILDOUNE HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, NO.
<br />2, according to the plat, thereof recorded

<br />The Board of County Commissioners will con-
<br />duct a public hearing regarding the appeal by
<br />the applicant of the decision by the Planning and
<br />Zoning Commission to recommend disapproval
<br />of the rezoning request. The public treating, at
<br />which parties in interest and citizens shall have
<br />an opportunity to be heard, will be held by said
<br />Board of County Commissioners In the County
<br />Commission Chambers of the County Adminis-
