BOOK 56; PACE 786 <br />Vice Chairman Lyons also reported that a letter was <br />received from the Town of Indian River Shores stating that <br />John Todd has been appointed to serve on the Transportation <br />Planning Committee, replacing Willis W. Clark. A similar <br />letter was received from the City of Fellsmere stating that <br />Howard Ward has been appointed to the Transportation <br />Planning Committee, replacing Henry Marcle. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board <br />unanimously accepted the appointments of <br />John Todd and Howard Ward to the Transportation <br />Planning Committee. <br />PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE REPORT AND COUNTY -WIDE <br />RECREATION STUDY COMMITTEE REPORT <br />Commissioner Bird felt that he would like to reschedule <br />these reports for the next meeting on May 2, 1984, plus,a <br />report on the Golf Course Committee. <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND FRIZZELL <br />ARCHITECTS, INC. <br />Vice Chairman Lyons asked if the Commission would like. <br />to wait until Assistant County Attorney Paull, who has been <br />delayed due to car trouble, arrives before considering the <br />proposed agreement with Frizzell Architects. The Board <br />decided to begin discussion. <br />Commissioner Wodtke questioned Article 8.1 in the Terms <br />and Conditions of Agreement Between Owner and Architect re <br />the ownership of the documents. He referred to where <br />"Architect" is crossed out and "County" is written in the <br />margin, and where "permitted to retain" is crossed out and <br />"given" is written in the margin.
