Resolution Accepting Certain Drainage Easements within <br />Sun Villa West and Glenwood Subdivisions <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 4/11/84: <br />TO: The Honorable Mem.�ers of DATE: April 11, 1984 FILE: <br />the Board of County Commissioners <br />THROUGH: Michael Wright, <br />County Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Acceptance of Easements Between <br />8th Street and 12th.Street, East <br />of 35th Avenue <br />FROM: James W. Davis, P.E. REFERENCES: <br />Public Works Directo <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Due to major flooding East of 43rd -Avenue along the 12th <br />Street Sublateral Canal, the County Road and Bridge Department <br />and the Indian River Farms Water Management District are <br />cooperatively planning to improve both secondary drainage swales <br />and sublateral canal characteristics. To accomplish this work, <br />the staff recommends acceptance of the privately dedicated <br />easements described in the attached resolution. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />Staff -recommends acceptance. There are no funding consideration. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Wodtke, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, the Board <br />unanimously (3-0) adopted Resolution 84-27 <br />providing for the acceptance of certain <br />drainage easements within Sun Villa West and <br />Glenwood Subdivisions. - <br />6 <br />
