<br />WEST SIDE OF STATE ROAD AIA, ya MILE
<br />NORTH OF COUNTY ROAD'510, TOGETHER'
<br />WITH ANY RIGHT, TITLE, AND INTEREST THE
<br />PUBLIC MAY HAVE IN AND TO THE ACTUAL
<br />EXISTING SOIL ROAD LOCATED PARTIALLY
<br />WITHIN AND WITHOUT THE COUNTY RIGHT-
<br />OF-WAY. SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY BEING MORE
<br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS:
<br />The South 35 feet of Government Lot 1,
<br />Section 23, Township 31 South, Range
<br />39 East, which lies West of the centerline
<br />of AIA, as filed in the office of the Clerk
<br />of the Circuit Court of Indian River Coun-
<br />ty, Florida, in Plat Book 4, Page 62, and
<br />the terminating at the East right-of-way

<br />A public hearing at which parties in Interest
<br />and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
<br />heard, will be held by the Board of County Com-
<br />missioners of Indian River County, Florida, In the
<br />Commission Chambers of the County Adminis-
<br />tration Building, located at 1840 25th Street,'
<br />Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, May 2,
<br />1984, at 9:30 A.M.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision
<br />made on the above matter, he will need a record
<br />of the proceedings, and for such purposes,.he
<br />may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the
<br />proceedings is made, which includes testimony
<br />and evidence upon which the appeal is based.

<br />Chairman Scurlock opened the Public Hearing and asked
<br />if anyone wished to be heard. There were none.
<br />Administrator Wright recommended this Public Hearing be
<br />continued until, May 23, 1984 at 10:00 o'clock A.M., as
<br />requested by the applicant.
