He wondered <br />if there might be any case at all where we would want to <br />consider a higher height limitation for certain districts.. <br />Commissioner Lyons believed it is possible that it <br />eventually may be considered for all districts as the <br />character of the county changes over the years, but he does <br />not feel it is appropriate at this time. <br />Commissioner Bird asked if,.for the time being, we can <br />adopt the ordinance and set up the district, but retain the <br />present height limitation. <br />that. <br />Commissioner Lyons stated that he would go along with <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard. <br />Michael O'Grady, Assistant Administrator, Indian River <br />Memorial Hospital, informed the Board that he did work with <br />staff in bringing this ordinance to the Board, and they were <br />most helpful. He noted that the Hospital tried to accommo- <br />date staff's desire, which was to identify with the Hospital <br />node and build some cohesiveness, and he does recommend this <br />for consideration. <br />Commissioner Lyons agreed that they did a good job, but <br />noted that his only problem is the height. <br />Hospital Board member, William Koolage, expressed <br />confusion re the height limitation.
