<br />PUBLIC HEARING - BREEZY VILLAGE WATER & SEWER FRANCHISE
<br />TRANSFER AND RATE INCREASE
<br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and announced
<br />that the purpose of the hearing was both to consider
<br />transfer of the Breezy Village Water and Sewer franchise and
<br />to consider the.request for a rate increase. He then
<br />informed those present of the procedure that would be
<br />followed.
<br />The hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. having passed, the Deputy
<br />Clerk read the following Notice with Proof of Publication
