Keati g, CP _- <br />Planning & Development Director <br />FROM: Betty Davis REFERENCES: Request/Samson <br />Code Enforcement DIS:CDENF <br />It is requested that the following information be given formal <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting on May 16, 1984. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />On November 22, 1982, the County Zoning Department approved the <br />house relocation site plan and bond, submitted by Deloris <br />Samson, to relocate and bring into compliance with the Standard <br />Building Code and all applicable zoning regulations an 868 <br />square foot residential building at 8095 130th Street. A one <br />year time limit for completion of the project was a condition <br />of the approval, with forfeiture of the bond possible if the <br />project was not completed in the required time frame. <br />On May 25, 1983, Ms., Samson sold the subject property, Lots 1ns <br />and 2, Block 21, Towites of Roseland, to Mr. Frank L.
