MAY 16 1984 <br />BOOK "57 PACE `'-28 <br />Transoortation System <br />No increased traffic is anticipated as a result of this <br />rezoning. <br />Environment <br />The subject property is not designated as environmentally <br />sensitive nor is it in a flood -prone area. <br />Utilities <br />The subject property is not served by County water nor <br />wastewater facilities. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Based on the above analysis, particularly the existing land use <br />pattern and the Land Use designation of the subject property, <br />staff recommends approval. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone present wished to be <br />heard. <br />Mrs. Eastmon Clark expressed her appreciation of the <br />Board considering this rezoning for approval so she and her <br />husband will be able to rebuild their home. No one else <br />wished to be heard. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />closed the public hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously (4-0) <br />adopted Ordinance 84-25 rezoning the subject <br />six acres on the southeast corner of 4th Street <br />and 43rd Avenue to R-1. <br />28 <br />
