<br />TO AMEND THE COMPREHENSIVE
<br />LAND USE PLAN
<br />Notice of hearing initiated by Indian River
<br />County to consider adopting a County Ordi-
<br />nance to amend the Comprehensive Play by
<br />redesignating land from:
<br />RR -1, "Rural Residential 1" (up to .4
<br />units/acre) to LD -1, "Low -Density Resi-
<br />dential 1" (up to 3 units/acre). The sub -
<br />Joel property is located west of 74th Ave-
<br />nue, North of 8th Street, east of 82nd
<br />Avenue and south of 16th Street.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />Tracts 1 and 2: the North 30 feet bf Tract
<br />3; Tracts 4 and 5: the West 17.60 acres
<br />of Tract 6; Tract 8, less the West 0 acres:
<br />and Tracts 9 through 16, inelushe; all Irl
<br />Section 12, Township 33 South, Range
<br />38 Fast, according to the last general
<br />plat of lands of Indian River Farms Com-
<br />pany, filed in the office of the Clerk of the
<br />CICIt Court of St. Lucie County, Flor-
