<br />Notice of hearing to consider recommending
<br />the adoption of a County ordinance rezoning
<br />land from:
<br />R-1, "Single -Family Residential District -
<br />to R-213, "Multiple -Family District." The
<br />subject property presently owned by
<br />North Beach Associates Ltd. Is located
<br />.on the west side of S.R. A -1-A north of
<br />Spring Place.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />That portion of Government Lot 1; less
<br />the South 35 feet thereof; lying West of
<br />State Road A -1-A; and also, that part of
<br />the North 831.81 feet of Government Lot
<br />4 lying West of State Road A -1-A; all -
<br />lying and being in Section 23, Township
<br />31 South, Range 39 East, Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />A public hearing at which parties in interest,
<br />and citizens shall have an opportunity to be
<br />heard, will be held by the Board of County Com- .
