Chairman Scurlock opened the Public Hearing and asked <br />if anyone wished to be heard in this matter. <br />Ed Schmucker of Total Development, engineering <br />consultants, confirmed that there is no access from the west <br />shown on the development plan; it is only accessible from <br />U.S. #1 through Vickers Road. Immediately south of this <br />property is a mining operation, and he was not sure where <br />the General Development property began. Mr. Shearer agreed <br />that the applicant does not have any intention of having <br />access from the west through General Development's Sebastian <br />Highlands. Robert Keating, Director of Planning & <br />Development, noted that these matters will be worked out <br />when the site plan is reviewed by staff. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Bird, the Board <br />unanimously (4-0) closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board <br />unanimously (4-0) approved the J. L.
