<br />County to consider the adoption of a County or-
<br />dinance rezoning land from:
<br />C-1, "Commercial District" to R-1, "Sin-
<br />gle -Family Residential Distrjct." The sub-
<br />ject property is located on the east side
<br />of 27th Avenuer % mile south of Oslo .
<br />Road.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />The East 280.00 feet of the West 330.00
<br />feet of Tract 5, Section 26, Township 33
<br />South, Range 39 East as shown on the
<br />Plat of Indian River Farms Company
<br />Subdivision as recorded In Plat Book 2,
<br />Page 25 of the Public Records of St.
<br />Lucie County, Florida, now lying in In-
<br />dian.River County, Florida;
<br />together with:
<br />Lots 1 through 10 inclusive, Block A; ,
<br />OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 7,
<br />according to the plat thereof recorded in
<br />Plat Book 4, Page 28, Indian River
