MAY 2 3 1984 Boa 57 , PAGE 149 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 84-30 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River - <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The West 302 feet of the NWh of the SWa and that part of <br />the West 302 feet of the SWC of the SWh lying North of <br />the right-of-way of the Main Canal of the Indian River <br />Farms Company, in Section 4, Township 33S, Range 39E; <br />LESS AND EXCEPTING THE FOLLOWING: Commencing at the SW <br />corner of Tract 12 in Section 4, run the East right-of-way <br />of Kings Highway and the point of beginning; thence <br />continue East along the South line of Tract 12 a distance <br />of 115.40 feet; thence run South a distance of 193.29 feet <br />to the North right-of-way of the Main Canal of the Indian <br />River Farms Drainage District; thence run South and <br />Westerly along the North right-of-way a distance of 126.79 <br />feet to the East right-of-way of Kings Highway; thence run <br />North along the East right-of-way a distance of 238.63 <br />feet to the point of beginning; all in Section 4,• Township <br />33S, Range 39E, according to the last general plat of <br />lands of Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of <br />the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, <br />Florida in Plat Book 2 at Page 25; said land now lying and <br />being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A, Agricultural District to C-1, <br />Commercial District. <br />All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulations. <br />Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Indian River County, Florida on this 23rd day of May <br />1984. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BY: C� <br />DO C.
