ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board <br />unanimously closed the Public Hearing. <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Bird, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, that the <br />Board return this matter to the Planning & <br />Zoning Commission for reconsideration in light <br />of additional information that is now available;` <br />that the reconsideration take place within 30 days; <br />encourage the representatives of St. Edward's <br />School and Hutchinson Utilities, Inc. to make <br />available their additional data at the next <br />hearing; and that Hutchinson Utilities, Inc. will <br />make such modifications to their site plan as they <br />feel can be made in order to mitigate to all <br />extents possible any adverse effects that this <br />plan might have on this particular site; with the <br />understanding that any and all alternatives will <br />be studied. <br />Under discussion, Commissioner Bird wanted it noted <br />that Chairman Scurlock will diligently pursue our options in <br />this matter with the City of Vero Beach at the meeting of <br />June 5, 1984, and Chairman Scurlock encouraged those in <br />attendance today to attend that City Council Meeting. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />The Motion was voted on and carried <br />unanimously (4-0). <br />PROCLAMATION - J.
