This leaves one <br />Director position open. <br />Chairman Scurlock suggested this position be filled by <br />Michael Wodtke. <br />Commissioner Wodtke asked if a Director has to be on <br />the list of subscribers, and Attorney Brandenburg stated <br />that a Director can be a subscriber also, if desired. He <br />has to be a member; he does not necessarily have to be a <br />subscriber. <br />Commissioner Bird noted that of the 26 subscribers, the <br />County will appoint 13 and the Firefighters 13. Since this <br />is pretty much an honorary type thing and we have staff <br />members who have done a tremendous amount of work on this <br />project, he suggested that we name for our appointments <br />staff people such as Intergovernmental Coordinator "Tommy <br />Thomas, Engineer Don Finney, Public Works Director Jim <br />Davis, Urban Forester Paul Palmiotto, possibly all the <br />County Commissioners, etc. <br />Commissioner Bird reported that the fairgrounds <br />construction is coming along well and will be done by <br />January. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County <br />having been audited were examined and found to be correct <br />were approved and warrants issued in settlement of same as <br />follows: Treasury Fund Nos. 10159 - 10570 inclusive. Such <br />bills and accounts being on file in the Office of the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court, the warrants so issued.from the <br />respective bonds being listed in the Supplemental Minute <br />Book as provided by the rules of the Legislative Auditor, <br />reference to such record and list so recorded being made a <br />part of these Minutes. <br />W <br />
