She felt this might be workable except <br />possibly relating to drainage. <br />Commissioner Wodtke felt we really need to look into <br />this as it gets very expensive to make major changes in <br />design and construction drawings. He agreed that we have a <br />competent staff and professional people and felt they should <br />be given some latitude to make administrative decisions. <br />Mrs. Eggert stated that she was very pleased with the <br />present staff and had a lot of confidence in them. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) accepted the recommendation of staff for <br />changes to the minor site plan review process <br />and establishment of a Technical Review Committee, <br />with the understanding that the Chairman of the <br />Planning & Zoning Commission or designee will be <br />a member of the technical review committee, and <br />authorized staff to look into any further stream- <br />lining that might.be desirable for processing of <br />major site plans. <br />DISCUSS MODIFICATION TO SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE TO REQUIRE <br />ADDITIONAL STREET PAVING <br />The Board reviewed staff memo as follows: <br />53 <br />JUN 6 1994 BOOK 57 PACE315 <br />
