`JUN 9 1994 <br />BOOK 57 FACE 318 <br />Planning Director Keating informed the Board that staff <br />has a short presentation if they wished to hear it, but <br />Chairman Scurlock felt it would be appropriate to have a <br />Motion to schedule a workshop and notify interested parties, <br />i.e., civic associations, realtors, developers, etc., and <br />then have the presentation at that time. <br />Discussion followed regarding the fact that the road <br />impact fee study has a definite correlation to this subject, <br />and Public Works Director Davis confirmed the study will <br />accomplish two things which are very important before the <br />Board considers this item - it will inventory our <br />right-of-ways and also we may be able to set up an <br />accounting mechanism to allow monies to be received in a <br />certain traffic zone and be spent in that traffic zone. <br />Attorney Brandenburg noted that the Board has hired the <br />consultant to do this study, and it is just a matter of <br />entering into the contractual agreement. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) authorized staff to schedule a workshop <br />at an appropriate time in regard to considering <br />the status of the Road Impact ordinance, etc. <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL & VARIANCE REQUEST - PINECREST III SUBD. <br />Staff Planner Clare Poupard made the staff presenta- <br />tion, as follows: <br />56 <br />
