n <br />L <br />procedure outlined by the County Attorney; with <br />the understanding that where we have existing <br />agreements with the City of Vero Beach, we will <br />give reasonable assistance and refer the applicant <br />to the City for service. <br />Under discussion, Attorney Brandenburg explained that <br />this was merely a request to approve a procedure of how to <br />allocate the 100,000 gallon capacity. Individuals would <br />come to the County Utilities Department, make the necessary <br />arrangements to get off the system if necessary, post bonds, <br />and pay escrow or impact fees, etc. After receiving a <br />letter signed by the Utilities Director determining the <br />amount of allocation, they would take the letter to the City <br />and deal with the City from that point on. <br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE QUESTION. <br />The Motion was voted on and carried <br />unanimously (4-0). <br />SAID AGREEMENT WILL BE MADE PART OF THE RECORD WHEN EXECUTED <br />AND RECEIVED <br />FORMATION OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE <br />Chairman Scurlock explained that after giving <br />considerable thought to this matter he finally put this on <br />the Agenda today.
