RESOLUTION 2011- 072 <br />3. Member Resignations/Vacancies During Term. If a Committee member resigns, is <br />removed or is otherwise unable to complete his or her term, the Monitor shall (i) advise <br />the Board of the vacancy, and (ii) post the vacancy on the County website, inviting all <br />individuals desiring to be considered for the vacancy to apply. No sooner than thirty <br />(3o) days after posting the vacancy on the County website, the Monitor shall cause the <br />vacancy to be presented to the Board for appointment of a new member to serve the <br />remainder of the term. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Wheeler , and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Davis , and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Bob Solari <br />Aye <br />Vice Chairman Gary C.
