RESOLUTION 2011- 072 <br /> 3. Member Resignations/Vacancies During Term. If a Committee member resigns, is <br /> removed or is otherwise unable to complete his or her term, the Monitor shall (i) advise <br /> the Board of the vacancy, and (ii) post the vacancy on the County website, inviting all <br /> individuals desiring to be considered for the vacancy to apply. No sooner than thirty <br /> (3o) days after posting the vacancy on the County website, the Monitor shall cause the <br /> vacancy to be presented to the Board for appointment of a new member to serve the <br /> remainder of the term. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Wheeler , and <br /> the motion was seconded by Commissioner Davis , and, upon being put <br /> to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Bob Solari Aye <br /> Vice Chairman Gary C.
