:1 ,1 GC' f' ,(', C t'1 , BOOK 5 7 PA1E 4,93. r� } ORDINANCE NO. 84-37 Vff=AS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: The North 630 feet of the East 5 acres of the West 20 acres of Tract 11, Section 1, Township 33 South, Range 38 East, Indian River County, Florida, according to the last general plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Land Company Subdivision as recorded in Platbook 2, Page 25 public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, said land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida, less rights-of-way of record. Said land containing 2.24 acres. Be changed from R-3, Multiple -Dwelling District, to A, Agricultural District. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Zoning Regulations. Approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida on this 20th day of June, 1984.
