ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Wodtke, the Board <br />unanimously (4-0) granted an 18 -month extension <br />of preliminary plat approval to Laurel Court Sub- <br />division, as recommended by staff. <br />F. Request for Final Plat Approval of Forest Lake Unit 2 <br />Subdivision <br />The Board reviewed the following memo dated 6/11/84: <br />TO: The Honorable Members DATE: June 11, 1984 FILE: <br />of the Board of County <br />Commissioners <br />DIVISION HEAD CONCURRENCE: <br />SUBJECT: <br />Robert M. Keatingj7AICP <br />Planning & Development Director <br />FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF <br />FOREST LAKE UNIT 2 SUBDI- <br />VISION <br />FROM: Clare Z. PoupardREFERENCE rest Lake <br />Staff Planner DIS:CLARE <br />It is requested that the following information be given formal <br />consideration by the Board.- of County Commissioners at their <br />regular meeting on June 20, 1984. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />Forest Lake Unit.2 subdivision is located on the south side of <br />1st Street S.W., we -at of 43rd Avenue. It is westward of, and <br />adjacent to, the existing Forest Lake Subdivision. The <br />proposed development has eight lots on ±6 acres. The land is <br />zoned R-1, Single Family Residential (6.2 dwelling 4units /acre) <br />and has a LD -1 (3 dwelling units/acre) land use designation_. <br />The proposed building density is 1.3 dwelling units/acre. <br />ALTERNATIVES AND ANALYSIS: <br />The Public Works Director has made a field inspection and found <br />all on-site improvements to have been constructed according to <br />County regulations. The face of the plat has been approved for <br />legal sufficiency by the County Attorney's office. The lots <br />within the subdivision conform to the County's Zoning Code and <br />the approved preliminary plat. Thus, all requirements concern- <br />ing final plat approval have been addressed by the applicant. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners grant <br />final plat approval to Forest Lake Unit 2 Subdivision. <br />E <br />JUN 2 0 1984 B3OK , 5 Phar 470 <br />
