RESOLUTION NO. 2010- 043 <br />SECTION 3: The surplus property to be conveyed to the County by FDOT will be used for the <br />public purpose of providing necessary drainage facilities in connection with the potential <br />expansion of 82nd Street, which will be in the best interests of the general public of Indian <br />River County. <br />SECTION 4: Upon adoption of this Resolution, the County Clerk shall forward an executed copy <br />of this Resolution to Susan Day, Florida Department of Transportation, Right of Way Office, <br />3400 West Commercial Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309-3421, for further <br />handling. <br />SECTION 6: The Chairman is authorized to execute this Resolution, as described above. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Davi s , and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner F1 escher and, upon being put to a vote, the <br />vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Peter D.
