O'Neill <br />??,i`� Chief, Current Development Section DIS:MARYJ <br />It is recommended that the data herein presented be given <br />formal consideration by the Board of County Commissioners at <br />their regular meeting of July 11, 1984. <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS: <br />In -July of 1983, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved <br />the site plan application submitted by Eugene P. O'Neill to <br />construct a 32,308 square foot industrial complex at 5625 U.S. <br />Highway 1. <br />r <br />During the course of the past year it has not been possible for <br />Mr. O'Neill to start construction of the proposed development. <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Section 23(h)(1)(a) Appendix A of <br />the County -Code, the applicant is requesting an extension of <br />site plan approval, which would allow construction to commence <br />within the next 6 months. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval of Eugene P. O'Neill's request for a <br />6 month extension of the site plan approval to construct an <br />industrial complex at 5625 U.S.-Highway.l. r <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously (3-0) <br />granted a 6 -month extension of site plan approval <br />to construct an industrial complex at 5625 U.S. <br />#1, as requested by Eugene P.
