r . <br />JUL 111994 7 r,,Jc 9 <br />Roll for the paving of 1st Place between 15th Ave. <br />and 20th Ave., at 12% interest rate per annum, as <br />recommended by Public Works Director Jim Davis. <br />SAID FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF <br />THE CLERK <br />DISCUSSION RE CAMPAIGN SIGNS ON RIGHT-OF-WAYS <br />Administrator Wright wanted to remind candidates that <br />it is illegal to place campaign signs in the County road <br />right-of-ways, and, they must be removed. <br />Chairman Scurlock felt that the County should not have <br />to spend money to take signs down at any time and thought <br />that candidates should have to post a bond to assure removal <br />of signs after the election.
