r � JUL 111984 BOOK 57 rnF 607 ORDINANCE NO. 84-39 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to amend the Comprehensive Plan by redesignating the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida, that the Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan of Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Land Use Map, be amended as follows: 1. That the Land Use Map be changed in order that the following described property situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: The NEh of the NWh of said Section 20; the North h of the SE4 of the NWk of Section 20; and that part of the NW4 of the NEa lying more than 300 feet West of the F.E.C. Railroad right-of-way; all in Section 20, Township 31S, Range 39E, public records of Indian River County, Florida. Said land now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida. together with: Breezy Village Mobile Home Subdivision, Unit 1, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 34, filed and of record in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, Florida. Be changed from LD -2, Low Density Residential 2 to MD -1, Medium Density Residential 1. All with the meaning and intent and as set forth and described in said Land Use Element.
