JUL 18 1984 <br />BooK 57 mu -p73 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8 4 - 4 2 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River _ <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEEU�F'ORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described properties situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />PARCEL "A" - COM ENCING AT THE SW CORNER OF TRACT 4, SECTION 34, <br />TOWNSHIP 31S, RANGE 39E AMID BEING IN INDIAN P1VER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />THENCE EASTERLY ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF <br />332.45' TO POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE EASTERLY ALONG SAID <br />SOUTH T. OF SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF 340.10' TO THE WEST RIGHT- <br />OF-WAY LINE OF U.S. HIGHWAY #1; THENCE NORTHWESTERLY ALONG SAID <br />WEST RIGHT -CF -MY LINE A DISTANCE OF 808.79'; THENCE WESTERLY AND <br />PARALLEL TO SAID SOUTH LINE SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF 219.481; <br />THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY AND PARALLEL TO SAID WEST RIGHT -OF --WAY LINE <br />OF U.S. HIGHWAY #1 A DISTANCE OF 523.791; THENCE SOUTHERLY AMID <br />PARALLEL TO THE WEST LIMA OF SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF 259.73' <br />BACK TO SAID POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPTING THE SOUTH 35' <br />THEREFROM CONTAINING 3.806 ACRES MORE OR LESS. <br />PARCEL "B" - BEGINNING AT THE SW CORNER OF TRACT 4, SECTION 34, <br />TOWNSHIP 31S, RANGE 39E AND BEING IN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />AND BEING MORE FULLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: <br />RUN NORTHERLY ALONG SAID SECTION LINE 737.02'; THENCE EASTERLY AND <br />PARALLEL TO SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF 110.76; THENCE <br />SOUTHEASTERLY AND PARALLEL. TO THE WEST RIGHT -OF --WAY LINE OF U.S. <br />HIGHMY #1 A DISTANCE OF 523.79'; THENCE SOUTHERLY AND PARALLEL LEL TO <br />SAID WEST LINE OF SECTION 34 A DISTANCE OF 259.73' TO THE SOUTH <br />T,IlNE OF SECTION 34; THENCE WESTERLY ALONG SOUTH LINE OF SECTION 34 <br />A DISTANCE OF 332.45' BACK TO SAID POINT OF BEGINNING.
