they would have to come in with a site plan and staff would <br />have to review it. <br />Commissioner Wodtke reported that he received a call <br />from Mr. Ryall who had a strong objection to M-1, but he <br />believed that he did not have an objection to what Proctor <br />has there now. <br />Mr. Sorensen noted that the original application was <br />for dual zoning with some M-1, but actually what they are <br />planning fits into C-2; it is not heavy manufacturing. He <br />emphasized that a fair amount of acreage is involved, and <br />they are being careful in their planning as they do not want <br />one portion of their property to detract from their overall <br />development. <br />Commissioner Bowman commented on the odd shape of the <br />property and wished to know if it comes out to a point on <br />the north end. <br />Mr. Sorensen explained that the original piece that was <br />owned by Proctor did come to a point.
