These people were <br />recommended by J. B. Norton of the Chamber of Commerce. <br />Most of the others have expressed an interest or agreed to <br />participate. Staff recommends the appointment of all those <br />listed as well as one Commissioner. <br />Commissioner Bird stated that he would like to start <br />out with just one from each category and then expand if we <br />see the need. This was generally agreed upon. <br />Director Keating felt there is a possibility of getting <br />some funding from an EDA grant. <br />Chairman Scurlock opened the floor to nominations. <br />Nominations for the various categories were as follows: <br />Agricultural - Alan Ryall <br />Business - J.
