<br />hearing on Wednesday, August 1, 1984, at 9:45

<br />made on the above matter, he/she will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such pur,
<br />poses, he/she may need to ensure that a verba-
<br />tim record of the proceedings is made, which
<br />record includes the testimony in evidence on
<br />which the appeal is based.
