Commissioner Lyons asked if there is anything that <br />could be done now to help Mr. Lyon along with his project as <br />we are coming back with a policy to be approved. <br />Director Keating believed that actually the Board has <br />approved Mr. Lyon's connection with the plant, and with that <br />approval, he has satisfied all site plan requirements and <br />will be on the agenda of the next P&Z meeting. <br />PETITION PAVING - 39TH AVE. BET. 2ND & 4TH STS. <br />Public Works Director Davis reviewed staff memo and <br />recommendation, as follows: <br />TO: The Honorable Members of ®ATE: Jul 18, 1984 FILE: <br />the Board of County Commissioners y <br />THROUGH: Michael Wright, <br />County Administrator <br />SUBJECT: Public Hearing to Consider <br />Resolution Providing for the Pavinj <br />of 39th Avenue between 10th. & 12th <br />Streets and 11th Avenue between <br />2nd and 4th Streets and to Consider <br />Preliminary Assessment Rolls <br />FROM: James W. Davis, P.E. REFERENCES: <br />Public Works Directo , <br />DESCRIPTION AND CONDITIONS <br />Valid petitions have been received from at least 66.70 of the <br />property owners of the following streets <br />1) 39th Avenue between 10th and 12th Streets (Preliminary <br />cost $22,864.00) 66.7% Consenting <br />2) 11th Avenue between 2nd and 4th Streets (Preliminary cost <br />$24,070.00)70% Consenting <br />Preliminary assessment rolls have been prepared for the paving <br />and drainage improvements. The total costs of these projects <br />is approximately $46,934.00. There is approximately $218,409.46 <br />in the FY 83-84 budget for Petition Paving Account No. 703-214- <br />541-35.39. <br />Also, advertisement of the Public Hearing and notifications to <br />the property owners has been performed. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS AND FUNDING <br />After consideration of the public input provided at the Public <br />Hearing, it is recommended that motions be made to <br />AUG 1 1984 <br />L- <br />46 <br />P(iiiK e v PAISF 867 <br />I <br />
