Robertson <br />Mr. Hensick stated that the property has always been <br />zoned Commercial and Mrs. Robertson feels it should remain <br />Commercial in keeping with their closeness to the Ocean <br />Spray Plant, the Correctional Institution, the County <br />Landfill and Hercules Chemical.
