Administrator Wright explained that he had requested <br />this item be removed from the Consent Agenda because of the <br />change in the interest rate. He advised that the interest <br />rate would be 14% instead of the 13% stated in the above <br />memo. <br />Chairman Scurlock suggested that the interest rate be <br />one point over whatever the prime rate is on the particular <br />day a final assessment roll is approved. <br />.ON MOTION of Commissioner Bird, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the Board <br />unanimously approved the Final Assessment <br />Roll for the paving of 10th Court from 2nd St. to <br />South Relief Canal, and 11th Court from 4th St. to <br />South Relief Canal, at 14% interest rate per <br />annum, as recommended by the Public Works <br />Director. <br />FINAL ASSESSMENT ROLL IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK <br />HOUSING AUTHORITY REQUEST FOR REALLOCATION OF FUNDS <br />The Board reviewed the following budget amendment dated <br />8/1/84 and letter dated 7/24/84: <br />TO: Board of County Commissioners DATE: August 1, 1984 FILE: <br />SUBJECT: Housing Authority Request for re- <br />allocation of funds <br />FROM: Jeffrey Kt Barton( - 6 <br />�REFERENCES: <br />OMB Director <br />When the Housing Authority's 83-84 Budget was approved, it included expenditures for <br />a project (Victory Park) which would be reimbursed if the project was approved by <br />the Florida Department of Community Affairs. If not approved they would be expended <br />as operating expenses. These expenses total $11,761.56 to date, which the Housing <br />Authority is refunding.
