AUG 2 9, 1984 BOOK 58 FMCS 8-6 <br />MOTION WAS MADE by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman that the County do nothing <br />on this matter and not accept the road. <br />Commissioner Wodtke stated that he would support the <br />Motion. The Contract Documents required three (3) items to be <br />included with the Bid: <br />1) The Bid Proposal <br />2) A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Bid.Price <br />3) The Contractors Qualification Statement which <br />required a Financial Statement. <br />Contract #1: The Construction of the Courtroom, four (4) bids <br />were received.
