<br />NOTICE — PUBUC HEARING
<br />Notice of hearing to consider the adoption of a County ordinance rezoning land from A. Agri-
<br />culture, to M-1, Restricted Industrial. The subject property is presently owned by MICHAEL O'HAIRE
<br />and THOMAS F. O'HAIRE III and is located % mile south of SR 60 on 100th Avenue.
<br />The subject property is described as:
<br />The East 28.47 feet of Tract 10, and Tract 15, less the West 26.5 acres, except the North 30
<br />feet thereof, in Section 4, Township 33 South,; Range 38 East, according to the last general
<br />plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company, as recorded In the office of the Clerk of the .
<br />Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in, Plat Book 2, Page 25; said land now lying and
<br />being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />The Board of County Commissioners will conduct a public hearing regarding the appeal by,the
<br />applicant of the decision by the Planning and Zoning Commission to recommend disapproval of the
<br />rezoning request. The public hearing, at which parties in interest and citizens shall have an oppor-
<br />tunity to be heard, will be held by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Flor-
<br />ida, in the County Commission Chambers of the County Administration Building, located at 1840
<br />25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Wednesday, September 5, 1984, at 9:30 a.m.
<br />If any person decides to appeal any decision made on the above matter. he/she will need a
<br />record of the proceedings, and for such purposes, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim
<br />record of the proceedings is made, which includes testimony and evidence upon which the appeal
<br />is based.
