E. Equipment Deliverable <br />Subject to the funding limitations of this Agreement, the Division shall reimburse the Recipient for actual <br />cost of purchasing an item identified on the Authorized Equipment List (AEL) list from the selected <br />categories below Allowable equipment categories for the EMPG Program are listed on the web-based <br />version of the AEL on the Responder Knowledge Base (RKB), which is sponsored by FEMA at <br />http.//www.11is.dhs.gov/knowledgebase Unless otherwise stated, equipment must meet all mandatory, <br />regulatory and/or FEMA-adopted standards to be eligible for purchase using these funds In addition, <br />counties will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining all necessary certifications and licenses for the <br />requested equipment. <br />Financial Consequence <br />To receive reimbursement for performance of each category, the Recipient's activities must be <br />completed within the agreement period and in accordance with the Budget and Scope of Work, <br />Attachment A and B of the Agreement. In the event that the Recipient does NOT complete the <br />activities, the Division will withhold 5% of the amount requested in the Quarterly Financial Report. <br />27 <br />
