Attachment D <br />Deliverables <br />Emergency Management Performance Grants Program Guidance, FY2015 allowable costs are divided <br />into the following categories. organizational, planning, training, exercise, equipment, and <br />management and administration <br />A. Organization Deliverable <br />Subject to the funding limitations of this Agreement, the Division shall reimburse the Recipient for actual <br />eligible costs associated with staffing, and other dav-to-dav activities (listed in SOW, under "Eligible <br />Items for Expenses") in support of emergency management. Personnel costs, including salary, overtime, <br />compensatory time off, and associated fringe benefits, are allowable costs. <br />To maintain a minimum level of capability, submit current EMAP accreditation certification OR certificates <br />for the following training via SharePoint for each emergency management position <br />• IS 100 — Introduction to Incident Command System <br />• IS 200 — ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents <br />• IS 700 — National Incident Management Systems (NIMS) <br />• IS 800 — National Response Framework <br />B. Planning Deliverable <br />Subject to the funding limitations of this Agreement, the Division shall reimburse the Recipient for actual <br />cost of successfully completing planning activities consistent with guidelines contained in the 2015 EMPG <br />FOA. Program funds may be used to develop or enhance emergency management planning activities <br />Only the approved planning activities outlined below are eligible for reimbursement, however, any other <br />planning activities MUST have prior approval from DEM to be eligible under this agreement. Approved <br />planning activities include. provide input for data collection in THIRA development; Development of an all - <br />hazards mitigation plan based on identified risks and hazards, Emergency Management/Operation Plans, <br />Communications Plans, Continuity/Administrative Plans, Whole Community engagement/planning, <br />Resource management planning; Evacuation planning, Pre -disaster and post -disaster Recovery planning, <br />F/ERO Credentialinq and Validation, and MYTEP. <br />C. Training Deliverable <br />Subject to the funding limitations of this Agreement, the Division shall reimburse the Recipient for all <br />actual cost of successfully completing training activities consistent with guidelines contained in the 2015 <br />EMPG FOA. Only the approved training venues outlined below are eligible for reimbursement, however, <br />any other training venues MUST have prior approval from DEM to be eligible under this agreement. <br />Approved training venues are. Florida Governor's Hurricane Conference, National Hurricane Conference, <br />Florida Emergency Preparedness Association Annual Meeting, Florida Emergency Preparedness <br />Association Mid Year Work Session, and Professional Development Conferences. <br />D. Exercises Deliverable <br />Subject to the funding limitations of this Agreement, the Division shall reimburse the Recipient for the <br />actual cost of successfully completing exercise activities consistent with guidelines contained in the 2015 <br />EMPG FOA. Only exercises outlined in the County MYTEP are eligible for reimbursement; any other <br />exercise MUST have prior approval from DEM to be eligible under this agreement. <br />26 <br />
