BOOK 58 F'�U' �P <br />SEP 12 1984 <br />8) Boundaries will be established for each node encompassing <br />one hundred percent (1000) of the acreage allocated to the <br />t <br />node. Boundaries for each node will be reviewed for recom- <br />mendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission after a <br />public hearing and will be adopted by the Board of County <br />Commissioners after a public hearing. Notice of these <br />public hearings shall be by published notice only. <br />9) After boundaries are established for a node, the County <br />will administratively rezone the land within the boundary <br />to the appropriate commercial or industrial zoning district <br />and will rezone property outside of the boundary to the <br />appropriate residential zoning district.
