Acknowledging that the Town of Indian River Shores <br />has no right to abandon or convey the Old Winter Beach Road and <br />Bridgehead Property to any other party by deed; and <br />4. Stating whether the Town of Indian River Shores <br />desires to continue to control, maintain and supervise the Old <br />Winter Beach Road and Bridgehead Property. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Indian River County agrees <br />to maintain, control and supervise the Old Winter Beach Road and <br />Bridgehead Property in the event the Town of Indian River Shores <br />decides not to continue to maintain, control or supervise the Old <br />Winter Beach.Road and Bridgehead Property. <br />Said Resolution shall become effective as of the 12th <br />day of September , 1984. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Lyons <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by <br />lkCommissioner Bowman and, upon being put to a vote, the vote <br />was as follows: <br />Chairman Don C. Scurlock, Jr. Ave <br />Vice -Chairman Patrick B.
