(4) Accessory uses and structures. <br />(5) All operations must be conducted within the buildings <br />located on the premises, except that outside storage of <br />materials may be permitted, providing that the total building <br />area and storage area does not exceed 50% of lot coverage. <br />All waste materials.must be stored while on the premises in <br />a screened enclosure which is to be counted as part of the <br />area allowed to be covered by buildings and structures. <br />(6) No processes resulting in creation of visible smoke <br />from the burning of fuels are permitted. <br />(7) No process emitting an odor, nuisance or noise beyond <br />the plant site is permitted. Where odors or noise are <br />produced, and provisions for eradication within a building <br />are provided, the burden of successful elimination of the <br />odors or noise shall rest on the occupant of the premises. <br />(8) Dust and dirt must be confined within the buildings <br />of the plant. Ventilating and air -filtering devices must <br />be provided as required by applicable building and sani- <br />tary codes. <br />(9) All provisions of the State Air and Water Pollution <br />Control Act shall apply and permits for construction and <br />operation shall be required. <br />(10) operations creating glare shall be so shielded that <br />the glare cannot be seen from outside the plant site. <br />(11) Where processes involve the disposal of industrial <br />wastes, approval of the proposed method of disposal by <br />the County Health officer, the Director of Mosquito Control <br />and the Regional Engineer, Southeast Region Air and Water <br />Pollution Control Department must be secured and presented <br />to the County Building Department before a building permit <br />will be issued. <br />12, Commercial and retail uses designed to serve primarily <br />the needs of employees in the area or which are associated <br />with and incident to the industrial use, including, but <br />-2- <br />
