Instead, <br />yard setback requirements shall be used to attain an industrial <br />park -like atmosphere keeping in mind future expansion needs. <br />(E) LOT COVERAGE: <br />No principal building or structure and its accessary structure <br />shall occupy more than forty (40) percent of the lot. <br />F. FRONT YARD <br />Every lot shall have a front yard or street yard of not less than <br />twenty-five (25) feet in depth. <br />(G) DEAR YARD• <br />Every lot shall have a rear yard of not less than twenty (20) <br />feet in depth. <br />(H) SIDE YARDS: <br />A side yard shall be provided on each side of every lot of not less <br />than.ten (10) feet in width. <br />(I) PARKING REGULATIONSY <br />off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the <br />requirements for specific uses as set forth in Section 24 of this <br />Ordinance. <br />This Ordinance shall become effective on January 15th, 1975, <br />
