This <br />ordinance allows the County to issue a temporary permit for <br />18 months under the conditions that are spelled out in the <br />proposed resolution to be presented in the next item on <br />today's agenda. <br />Chairman Scurlock opened the Public Hearing and asked <br />if anyone wished to be heard in this matter. There were <br />none. <br />W <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bowman, <br />SECONDED by Commissioner Lyons, the Board <br />unanimously closed the Public Hearing. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Ordinance 84-65 amending Ordinance 72-8, <br />providing for the issuance of temporary utility <br />permits not exceeding 18 months in duration. <br />
