SECTION 2 <br />PARAGRAPH (a) of Section 20.1 of ordinance 71-3, as <br />amended is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 20.1 C-2 HEAVY COMMERCIAL DISTRICT <br />(11) Fruit and vegetable juice extraction and fruit and <br />vegetable packing houses. (not including processing <br />plants) . <br />Section 21 of ordinance 71-3, as amended is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />*CODING: Words in struek-tkreegh-type are deletions from <br />existing law; words underlined are additions. <br />SECTION 21 LM -1 LIGHT MANUFACTURING DISTRICT <br />(c) Special Exceptions. The following uses may be <br />permitted by the County Planning and Zoning Commission after <br />site plan approval according to Section 23 and -any other <br />applicable provisions of the Code of Laws and Ordinances: <br />(1) Fruit and vegetable juice extraction. <br />-(-c-} (d) Building height limit. No building or structure <br />shall exceed forty (40) feet in height. (Ord. No. 74-27, <br />1-15-75) <br />-(&d (e) Standards. Since the size and nature of the <br />uses permitted may vary widely, no minimum size lot or floor <br />area shall be required. Instead, vard setback <br />shall be used to attain an industrial park -like atmosphere <br />keeping in mind future expansion needs. (Ord. No. 74-27, <br />1-15-75) <br />-E-)- (f) Lot coverage. No principal building or <br />structure and its accessory structure, except for parking lots, <br />shall occupy more than forty (40) percent of the lot.
