� OCT 10 1984 <br />BOOK 98 FA.F.612,1 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />SEBASTIAN , FLORIDA, THAT j <br />1. The City of SEBASTIAN supports and urges <br />the County to undertake the study and prepare for consideration a <br />fair -share transportation impact fee, and <br />2. The Citv of SEBASTIAN now indicates its <br />intent to participate with the County in the County -wide <br />imposition of a fair and reasonable fair -share, transportation <br />impact fee. The City will cooperate in the development and <br />implementation of such an impact fee and will work with the County <br />to develop a fee that can be imposed uniformly throughout the <br />county including areas within city limits. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Councilman Kenneth Roth, <br />who moved its adoption. The motion was seconded by Councilm�ia Richard Szelu <br />and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />AYES: VICE MAYOR DOROTHY MCKINLEY COUNCILWOMAN LINDA KEEN�N <br />COUNCILMAN RICHARD SZELUGA MAYOR JIM GALLAGHER <br />COUNCILMAN KENNETH ROTH NAYS: NONE <br />The MAYOR thereupon declared the resolution duly <br />passed and adopted this' 12th day of September , 1984. <br />City of Sebastian, Florida <br />�).
