It was noted <br />that taking the B-1 to 21st St. would provide a depth of 660'. <br />Commissioner Bird stated that he would go along with that. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Lyons, the Board unanimously <br />adopted Ordinance 84-73., instructing that the <br />property north of SR 60 up to 21st St. in Paradise <br />Park be deleted from the rezoning request and be <br />retained as B-1 and the property south of SR 60 also <br />be deleted from the rezoning. <br />Chairman Scurlock assured Mr. O'Donnell of the Board's <br />desire to keep SR 60 attractive. <br />38 <br />
