ORDINANCE NO. 84-73 <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida, did publish and send its Notice of Intent to <br />rezone the hereinafter described property and pursuant thereto <br />held a public hearing in relation thereto, at which parties in <br />interest and citizens were heard; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be amended as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />following described property situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />Lots 1-10 and 15-24 inclusive, Block P; <br />Lots 1-10 and 15-24 inclusive, Block K; <br />Lots 1-10 and 15-24 inclusive, Block G; <br />Lots 1-10 inclusive, Block B; <br />Paradise Park, Unit No. 2, according to the plat thereof <br />recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 77, Indian River County <br />Records; said land lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />TOGETHER WITH: <br />Lots 15-24 inclusive, Block B; <br />Lots 1-10 and 15-24 inclusive, Block G; <br />Lots 1-10 and 15-24 inclusive, Block K; <br />Paradise Park,.Unit No. 1, according to the plat thereof <br />recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 72, Indian River County <br />Records, said land lying and being in Indian River County, <br />Florida. <br />TOGETHER WITH: <br />The East 20 acres of the West 30 acres of Tract 7 in <br />Section 2, Township 33S, Range 38E, according to the plat <br />of lands of Indian River Farms Company as recorded in Plat <br />Book 2, Page 25, as recorded by the Clerk of St. Lucie <br />County, Florida.
