Scurlock, Jr. REFERENCES: <br />Chairman )(591 <br />In reviewing our files on the Housing Finance Committee, it appears <br />that the Committee has not been active for some time, and there are <br />no members serving on it at present. Mr. Clark Bennett and Mr. Paul <br />Bubenday resigned from the Committee; Mr. William Koolage and <br />Mr. Vince Valentino were never reappointed when their appointments <br />were up in July, 1983. <br />In the past, the County Commission has discussed combining this <br />Committee with the Finance Advisory Committee. <br />It is suggested that we either abolish the Housing Finance Committee; <br />combine it with the Finance Advisory Committee, or appoint 5 new <br />members to reactivate the committee. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Lyons, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously <br />agreed to abolish the Housing Finance Com- <br />mittee and combine its function with the <br />Finance Advisory Committee. <br />60 <br />
