In regard to the new zoning <br />designation and the plans for sewer, Attorney Jackson stated that <br />he would appreciate meeting and working with staff on this. <br />Administrator Wright asked if the home owners are interested <br />in centralized water also, and Mr. Jackson stated he would like <br />to discuss that also. It was agreed this must be analyzed. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Bird, SECONDED <br />by Commissioner Bowman, the Board unanimously <br />(4-0) authorized staff to meet with Williams, <br />Hatfield & Stoner and come back with a negotiated <br />price for them to do a preliminary design of a <br />sewage system and also to pursue some type of funding <br />mechanism. <br />Administrator Wright then addressed the third issue. <br />3) Direction for staff not to pursue the particular zoning code <br />violations that may exist re setbacks, etc. He noted that he <br />would discuss the electrical violations as a separate item. <br />Attorney Brandenburg informed the Board that he still has <br />difficulty with the drafted letter which is to be sent to the <br />Blue Cypress residents, in particular the language about imposing <br />a moratorium, and his reasons for this difficulty are set out in <br />his memo to the Board regarding the application of Mr. and Mrs. <br />Purdue for placement of a mobile home on the finger canals of <br />Blue Cypress Park, which is the next agenda item.
